Just a brief note of appreciation for the outstanding job you did over the past few months in finding me the "ideal home". At times it was not easy, but your perseverance and professionalism paid off. I want you to know that this is not just another thank you note, but a heartfelt expression of all you did for me during the entire search process.

Again, this is the eighth home that I have purchased - consequently I have had experience with about ten realtors in 7 states, and none came even close to having the skills you have (and I mean that).

Kathy, you just went above and beyond the scope of the job. From finding my temporary residence, to getting me connected to the right mortgage broker, the right attorney and even the right wallpaper hanger - you did it all. As a result, somehow along the way we became friends - a first for me in this profession.

You were on top of the sales game from start to finish. You represented me exceptionally well but you also represented RE/MAX in a way I think your boss would be very proud of. You are a credit to not only your firm, but your profession as well.

Thanks again for all you did, and thanks for the special things you did to make the closing day the real celebration it was. You are the best!!
